IN UKRAINE

  • Help in the restoration of infrastructure intended for children (school buildings, kindergartens, children's hospitals, playgrounds, etc.) in cooperation with local organizations.

Open already
7 classes
of Ukrainian children

The association "For the Children of Ukraine" opened a total of 7 classes in three Prague schools.

First through fourth graders attend the Nový Porg school, fifth grade is open in Prague's Karlín district, and sixth through eighth grades in Prague 4 at the St. Augustine School.

Although the teachers work according to the Ukrainian curriculum, Czech language instruction is also included. For the children we provide not only teaching, but also many interesting cultural and social events.

The lessons are free for the children, parents pay only for lunches. So far, the financing of the whole project is based on donations made to a transparent account and from our own funds. Extra-curricular activities, aids or teachers' salaries are paid directly by the association.

At the moment, our main goal is to provide free schooling to as many Ukrainian children as possible. Unfortunately, our possibilities and financial resources are limited. Hundreds more children are waiting for us to provide meaningful education for them so that they can continue it when they return home.
